About the WIJHL
The Western International Junior Hockey League (WIJHL) is a 10-team Junior B league launched for the 2026-27 season as an affiliate of the BCHL. It inherited its franchises from the KIJHL, spanning BC's Interior and Kootenays plus Spokane, WA — including the Kelowna Chiefs, Castlegar Rebels, Spokane Braves and 100 Mile House Wranglers. Games stream on FloHockey, and the league shares a commissioner's office and All-Star weekend with the BCHL.
