At The Hockey Review, we value honest, respectful and constructive feedback. To maintain the integrity and usefulness of our platform, all users must adhere to the following guidelines when submitting reviews:
Who Can Write a Review
- Players: You must have personally played for the team you're reviewing.
- Parents: If you are a parent or guardian, you may write a review based on you and your child's experience with the team.
- Hockey Operations Staff: Individuals who have worked for the team in hockey operations (e.g., coaching, management) are also eligible to submit reviews.
Review Content Guidelines
- No Profanity: Reviews must not contain offensive language, profanity, or inappropriate content.
- No Personal Attacks: Personally attacking or targeting individuals in reviews is strictly prohibited.
- Truthfulness: All reviews must reflect truthful, accurate, and first-hand experiences.
- Respectfulness: Hateful, unfair, or overly biased comments will not be tolerated.
Review Removal Policy
To ensure fairness and reliability, The Hockey Review reserves the right to remove any reviews that are:
- Deemed unfair or overly biased.
- Found to be untruthful or inaccurate.
- Considered hateful, personally attacking, or written with malicious intent.
